Jayson Castro William led team Philippines in the first half of action as he registered 13 points in the first quarter while Bassel Bawji led team Lebanon with 17 points and 13 rebounds.
With the win against Lebanon, Gilas Pilipinas will advance to semi-final round and will face Japan whom they defeated in the first round.
