Fun facts from the card: Three nights prior to a Feb. 22, 2002 game in Charlotte, Bryant thought he had pulled the plug on the Celtics only to have his last-second shot waved off because the clock had expired. After facing the Hornets, the Rolling Stones’ “Time Is On My Side” would’ve been a perfect tune for Bryant’s ride out of the Charlotte Coliseum. Deadlocked an 18-foot fadeaway jumper over George Lynch and fell to the floor as he it fly. He nailed it, giving him his first career game-winning shot at the buzzer. “It feels good to hit one that counts,” a smiling Bryant said.
