Fun facts from the card: One of the stars of Kentucky’s 1996 NCAA Championship squad, Anderson was leading the Wildcats toward another title in 1996-97 before an injury cut short his season. Though he played just 19 games as a senior, he was still recognized with All-Southeastern Conference Second Team accolades. He averaged 1737 points per game and matched his total points from a year before (337) despite having played nearly twice as many games (36) the previous season. He made an inspirational return in the NCAA Tournament, hitting two free throws in the semifinals.
