James White entered the NBA via the 2006 NBA Draft. He was selected by the Portland Trail Blazers as the first pick in the second round (31st overall).

In that same night, White was dealt to Indiana Pacers in exchange to the 45th overall pick Alexander Johnson and two future second round picks.

In October 2006, he was unable to make the final cut for the final Pacers roster probably because of his weak preseason games performance where he only averaged 3.8 points and 2.0 rebounds.

Later in December 2006, he was able to land a job as a San Antonio Spurs player. However, instead of having a consistent appearance in the NBA, his new team keep tossing him to its NBA Development League affiliated team the Austin Toros.

When the San Antonio got qualified to play in the 2007 NBA Playoffs, the coaching staff decided to rest its veteran players for the remainder of the regular season. That was the only time that White have experience a real NBA action and averaged 8.2 PPG in 6 games.

Later in the off-season, Spurs waived him but also gave him a Championship ring.

UD Glass is a lesser-known set from Upper Deck and mainly makes the list based on its rarity and because it’s printed on plexiglass.
