Investment Potential:The last time we’ve seen Quicy Pondexter’s basketball card value moving was in during the 2013 NBA Playoffs. That was the time when he averaged 8.9 points per game for the Grizzlies. Currently, because of his injury and not able to see basketball action, his card value won’t go anywhere.
Quincy Pondexter entered the league via the 2010 NBA Draft. He was originally selected by the Oklahoma City Thunder in the first round where he became the 26th overall pick. On that same draft night, he was traded to New Orleans Hornets.
In 2011 he was traded to his rookie draft batchmate Greivis Vasquez as he moved to the Grizz in Memphis.
In 2015 he was sent back to New Orleans but this time around using the Pelicans as its moniker. He was involved in a three-team trade that includes Grizzlies and the Celtics.
Pondexter is currently recovering from a surgery, he was absent since the 2015-16 New Orleans Pelicans campaign.
