The Cleveland Cavaliers disposed the Memphis Grizzlies in front of their hometown crowd, 112-89.
After got beaten by the Washington Wizards in their home-floor yesterday, the Cavs immediately bounced back with a demolishing win.
The reshaped LeBron James-led Cleveland Cavaliers are now 4-1 after bringing in Rodney Hood, Larry Nance Jr., Jordan Clarkson and George Hill to their squad.
James add another triple-double performance this season by registering 18 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists. His pass to Cedi Osman which led to a three-pointer in during the third quarter completed that feat. James has now a total of eleven tripe-doubles this season.
The Cavs started slow during the first half where they got buried as much as 13 points in the opening quarter. However, in the second half, it was highlights after highlights led by James and Larry Nance Jr.
George Hill added 18 points while Nance Jr. got 15 points majority came from a slam dunk or from a tip-in.
Memphis on the other hand, February isn’t friendly with them as they still winless. The last victory they got was way back January 29 over the Phoenix Suns.
Terek Evans and JaMychal Green led the Grizzlies with their 15 points. Evans however left the game midway of the fourth quarter due to an injury.
Marc Gasol chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds in a losing effort.
