The Crown Royale Basketball is finally back after almost ten-year long hiatus.
Similar to the Crown Royale Basketball which Panini America is bringing back to the hobby, our blog will also resume on posting basketball cards and toys related topics here.
Now going back to out today’s post, Tracy Hackler officially announced via Panini America’s The Knight’s Lance Blog that they have an upcoming product called 2017-18 Crown Royale Basketball.
The last time they have this product in the market was during the rookie years of Stephen Curry, James Harden, Blake Griffin and the rest of the 2009 NBA rookies.
Back in that year, they have loaded the product with die-cuts either with an autograph or memorabilia.
Then in 2010, they have introduced Silhouettes carrying the logo of Crown Royale on the fron of the card but it was part of the Preferred product.
This year’s version of Crown Royale, all of those Die-Cuts are set to be back along with the familiar Panini-s Choice Award and our beloved Silhouettes.
Here are some hightlights of the product:
- The iconic Silhouettes and Rookie Silhouettes featuring massive pieces of memorabilia and on-card autographs; look for Super Prime and Tags parallels numbered to as low as one.
- Ultra-rare inserts including Pacific Marquee, Power in the Paint and Regents of Roundball.
- Classic die-cut inserts in Panini’s Choice, Mamba’s Choice and Roundball Royalty.
- Look for some of the NBA’s top stars in the regal Crown Autographs insert.
The 2017-18 Panini Crown Royale Basketball is set to arrive in late August across North America.
- 12 cards per pack
- 1 pack per box
- 16 boxes per case
What a box-breaker will expect from a hobby box
on average, one autograph and one memorabilia card in each hobby box.
Here are some beauties from the upcoming Crown Royale.
