The reigning NBA Rookie of the Year, Philadelphia 76ers star Ben Simmons torched the ball-club once starred by his father at least in the assists category.
The number one overall pick of the 2016 NBA Draft and the native of Australia logged 8 points, 8 rebounds and dished out 14 assists including that hitting-the-board and pass to an open teammate.
Philadelphia 76ers shown supremacy against the visiting Melbourne United by beating them 104-84 in an NBA preseason match.
“It was a lot of fun, getting back onto the court, getting a feel for the game again,” Simmons said.

The 5’10 Melbourne point guard Casper Ware a former Sixers who played with Philadelphia back in 2014 registered 19 points on a poor shooting night where he only made six out of his 22 attempts. His teammate Alex Pledger added 19 markers along with his 13 boards.
