For the first time after he came back from a gruesome injury, Gordon Hayward was seen playing like his old self against the Toronto Raptors.
“Like I said there in the second half I was getting some stuff that I normally do that I’m pretty good at,” said Gordon Hayward in-front of the press.
“I think that stuff is coming back,” he added.
Hayward had 14 points, seven rebounds and two assists but it was a losing effort.
Newly joined Toronto Raptors Kawhi Leonard continue his stellar performance in this early season.
Leonard scored 31 points along with his 10 rebounds to lead the Raptors. His fellow ex-Spurs Danny Green added 14 points.
