Gordon Hayward is back in Vivint Smart Home Arena and as expected all of the the Utah Jazz fanatics greeted their former star player with a thunderous boos.
Hayward was drafted by Utah as their ninth pick of the 2010 NBA draft. He was then the face of the franchise after a massive roster shake up.
His best year with the Jazz was also his last year in 2016-17 NBA season where he was named as an All-Star and helped the franchise reached the playoffs once again.
Then the following season, Hayward decide to left the Jazz and re-join his former coach in Butler Brad Stevens in Boston Celtics. Many Jazz fans were unhappy when they first learned the news.
Gordon’s return in the Utah Jazz home-court got delayed for a year as the 6’8 swingman suffered a gruesome injury.
