Slovenian basketball superstar Luka Dončić scored 20 points and lead his Dallas Mavericks squad over the Houston Rockets.
Dončić scored his first six points by converting a couple of contested sidewing three-pointers.
With the victory, the Mavs are now enjoying a three-game winning streak and hold the eighth spot in the Western Conference.
Devin Harris also had his 20-point contribution off the bench while J.J. Barea, DeAndre Jordan and Harrison Barnes each scored with 13 points.
James Harden got 25 points for the Rockets but without their All-Star point guard Chris Paul having more numbers in the W column is hard to come by.
Harden’s scoring production was complemented by James Ennis III, Clint Capela and Danuel House who each got 18 points but still not enough to overcome the home team’s 20-point advantage.
