Washington Wizards center Thomas Bryant made 31 points, 13 rebounds but the most head-turning stat was his 100 percent field goal against the Phoenix Suns.
If Kobe Bryant is one of the synonymous names for the word “NBA” and “Basketball”, well another Bryant is currently making noise after his eye-popping performance.
Thomas Bryant who was a second round pick of 2017 NBA Draft registered 14-of-14 field goal. He joined Wilt Chamberlain on the list of NBA players who made 14 field goals without a miss.
Bryant is making most of his time while taking over the spot of Dwight Howard who is currently in the team’s injured list.
The twenty-year-old was unconscious when he achieved that milestone as his focus is to win the game against the visiting Phoenix Suns.
“It’s amazing,” said Bryant. “I had no idea. I was just in the flow of the game. I just let the game come to me, and as soon as I felt like I was in the rhythm of it, I just went out and took it.”
Thomas Bryant was released by the Lakers earlier this year.
