The Golden State Warriors is scheduled for a 2019 NBA Finals showdown Game 1 against the Toronto Raptors at 9:00 A.M. on May 31, 2019 (PHI time) from the Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The 2019 NBA Finals is finally here and the Raptors wanted to protect their home-court advantage against the defending champion, the Warriors.
For the first time in the history of the franchise, the Raptors reached the biggest stage of the NBA.
Likewise, it will be also the first time that the East will be represented by a new face apart from LeBron James who dominated for several years.
This time around it will be the cast led by Kawhi Leonard, Pascal Siakam, Kyle Lowry, Marc Gasol and the rest of the Raptors. Expect that their hometown fans will go out and will show their support.
The Warriors on the other hand may not be in their full force as several of their key players are having their injuries.
Yet, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Andre Iguodala and Andrew Bogut, the original members of the Warriors first championship run still know how to blend with one another and take care of the business.
