The Golden State Warriors will return to the NBA Finals for the five straight times as they won the Western Conference Finals series against the Portland Trailblazers, 119-117.

Green’s three-pointer at the 39.6 second in the extra period gave the Warriors a much breathing room as their lead increased to four points, 119-115.

Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard quickly answered with a layup to close again the gap, 119-117.

In the next ball possession, Steph Curry missed a running shot against his brother Seth Curry and that gave Portland a chance to tie the score or even win the game with a three-pointer.

Damian Lillard took that game-winning opportunity but his long-range shot unable to hit and that ends their 2018-19 NBA season campaign.

Meyers Leonard had a stellar outing and led the Trail Blazers in scoring with 30 points along with his 12 rebounds.

Damian Lillard and teammate CJ McCollum added 28 and 26 points respectively.

The Golden State Warriors will wait for the winner of the Milwaukee Bucks vs Toronto Raptors Eastern Conference Finals as their opponent in the upcoming 2019 NBA Finals.
