Toronto Raptors guard Fred VanVleet quietly rips the hearts of Golden State Warriors fans with his lethal three-pointers.
In the fourth quarter, the former MVC Player of the Year scored 12 points. That’s three three-pointers and three-free throws.
He helped kept the Raptors in the game as the Warriors were attempting to make a rally to take control of the match and stretch the NBA Finals series to Game 7.
VanVleet was an undrafted player back in the 2016 NBA Draft. He refused to take the offers of other NBA teams which are interested to take him in the second round and then later will only be deployed in the NBA Development League.
VanVleet then later signed to play with the Toronto Raptors in the 2016 NBA Development League where competed with other players to be on the final roster of the team.
His hardwork was rewarded with a multi-year contract and the rest is now a history.
