The elusive NBA championship rings of former Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom is scheduled to be auctioned.
According to the Heritage Auctions the two rings of Odom will be available on February 22-23, 2020.
The mentioned rings were awarded to Odom when he helped the Lakers to win the 2009 NBA Finals versus the Orlando Magic then on 2010 NBA Finals against the Boston Celtics.
This is a good news for sports memorabilia collectors and to all of the Lakers fans out there. For sure, the moment they knew about this news they’ll start setting aside big chunks of money in their hopes that one day they’ll have a genuine NBA championship ring in their collection.
To give these collectors an overview of the price, according to TMZ website, each ring will demand $50K.
Lamar Odom was last seen playing competitive basketball when he suited up with the Mighty Sports in the Dubai league. He teamed up with other imports like Justin Brownlee and Randolph Morris.
