Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid and Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler shared a cryptic post that can potentially change the NBA landscape.
Though the NBA trade deadline was over and the league has disabled the trade option for any team until the 2019-20 NBA season is over.
Yet, the two All-Stars gave hints of a potential team-up in a Miami Heat uniform.
Embiid shared this cryptic post on his Instagram account where he wrote: “You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.” #TheProcess.
Then after a few moments, Jimmy Butler replied: “I know a place where villains are welcome.”
Afterward, the 7-foot-0 big-man seems like he crushed his earlier Insta post by making another one and this in his twitter account. Still, if you look at the lower-left portion of the picture, you can see Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra.
Embiid wrote: Made for this… If I can take it then you can too. PHILA TOUGH!!! #AllLove
Butler and Embiid were once teammates in Philly last season where they helped their squad reached the Eastern Conference semi-finals.
