Here are the highlights of the Game 2 Eastern Conference Finals match between the Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat which was scheduled on September 20, 2020 (Local Time).

The Boston Celtics survives and defeats the Miami Heat in Game 3.

All of the starters of the Boston Celtics, except for Daniel Theis, got 20 or more points at the end of regulation, namely, Jayson Tatum, Kemba Walker, Marcus Smart, and Jaylen Brown.

The Celtic who played most of the game is Jaylen Brown, who played 43 minutes in action. He scored 26 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. Not only that, but he also hit a three-pointer.

His dynamic duo, Jayson Tatum, finished the game with an almost triple-double performance. He marked 25 points, grabbed 14 big rebounds, and dished out 8 assists.

Kemba Walker, the Celtics’ sensational point guard ended the game with 21 points, several of them came from the fourth quarter to seal the game in the last minutes of regulation. He also got 4 three-point shots and 6 rebounds.

The Miami Heat, on the other hand, really played well to shorten the lead of the Boston Celtics, but they just find themselves going to the locker room with a defeat.

Their highest scorer, Bam Adebayo, finished the game with a double-double. He scored 27 points and grabbed 16 rebounds.

“Jimmy Buckets” could not carry the Heat to a 3-0 lead against the Celtics in this series. In this game, he only scored 17 points and grabbed 8 rebounds.

Tyler Herro, who came off from the bench, really stepped up in this game, but could not translate it to win the game. He scored 22 points and hit 4 three-pointers.

The series between the Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat will resume on Thursday at 8:30 AM for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
