Here are the highlights of the Game 4 Western Conference Finals match between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Denver Nuggets which was scheduled on September 25, 2020 (Local Time).


The Lakers takes a 3-1 lead in Game 4 against the Denver Nuggets.

In the first quarter, Anthony Davis of the Los Angeles Lakers erupts early as he went perfect during the quarter and ended it with 14 hot points. At the end of regulation, Davis marked 34 points, hitting 10 of his 15 attempts, and also stole the ball from the Nuggets 3 times. He also went 13-14 from the foul line.

“The King” put up impressive numbers in tonight’s game as he almost finished the game with a triple-double performance. He scored 26 points, grabbed 9 rebounds, and dished out 8 assists. Just like Davis, James also attempted 14 free-throws, but only hit 11 to Davis’ 13. Both Davis and James scored 60 combined points for their team.

Despite not having big minutes in the second half, Dwight Howard owned the paint in the first half as he finished it with a double-double performance. He scored 12 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Most of the Lakers’ offensive rebounds came from Howard as he grabbed 6 of them.

Meanwhile, the Denver Nuggets got outrebounded by the Lakers on the offensive rebounds category. They got outrebounded by 6 rebounds at 12-6. In total, the Nuggets still got outrebounded by the opposing team by 8 rebounds at 41-33.

Their all-around point guard, Jamal Murray, put up big numbers and a couple of highlights in tonight’s game as he nearly finished the game with a double-double performance. He scored 32 points and dished out 8 dimes. He also put up Jordan-like and tough shots throughout the game. As he was driving to the basket, he was greeted by James to try to attempt to block the shot, but Jamal Murray putted some english on his lay-up and went under the rim and Lebron’s hand and scored.

Their center from Serbia suffered from another foul-trouble in tonight’s game, he was playing only on limited minutes and only scored 16 points and grabbed 7 rebounds.

Their young players who played well in Game 3, namely Jerami Grant, Monte Morris and Michael Porter Jr. also played well in this game, but just could not translate it to another win to tie up the series. The three players marked 43 combines points, Grant being the highest of them, scoring 17 points.

The series between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Denver Nuggets will resume on Saturday at 9:00 AM for Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals.
