Here are the highlights of the Game 3 Eastern Conference Semi-Finals match between the Boston Celtics and the Toronto Raptors which was scheduled on September 4, 2020 (Local Time).
The defending champion stunned the Celtics in the final quarter as OG Anunoby converted his three-pointer with only 0.5 seconds remaining in the game and steal the victory, 104-103.
Most importantly the win help Toronto avoid the 0-3 disadvantage and they have now a slight momentum shift going to Game 4.
OG Anunoby For The Win!
Kyle Lowry did most of the heavy lifting early in the game which was mostly controlled by Boston. Lowry took advantage of his size and strength against a small defender in Kemba Walker.
Lowry led all scorers with his 31 points which go along with eight assists while their Game 3 hero Anunoby added 12 markers.
Pascal Siakam had 16 points where the majority of his offensive contributions started to pour in the second half where the Raptors mounting their run.
For the Celtics, Walker had a stellar pass to Daniel Theis in the final few seconds in the game which gave them an upper edge until that clutch three-pointer of Anunoby.
Walker led Celtics with his 29 points but only scored eight points in the second half. Jayson Tatum registered with 15 points while Jaylen Brown added 19 in a losing effort.
Game 4 for Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors will resume on September 6, 2020 at 6:30 AM (PHI time).
