NBA Highlights: Rockets Vs Thunder Game 7 | September 3, 2020

Here are the highlights of the Game 7 Western Conference Quarterfinals-Finals match between the Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thunder which was scheduled on September 3, 2020 (Local Time).

The Rockets are heading to the Western Conference Semi-Finals after securing Game 7 versus OKC, 104-102.

James Harden is not on his usual offensive mode as he struggled against the pesky defense of Thunder’s Lu Dort.

James Harden Crucial Block Against Lu Dort

Harden was 4-of-15 from the field and only made one three-pointer where he missed eight. That area was known as the bread-and-butter of the man known as the “Beard” but not tonight.

Yet he was able to find help from another former MVP like himself and that’s Russell Westbrook who is on a redemption game after the crucial turnovers he made in Game 6.

Westbrook had 20 points while Harden only had 17 markers along with his nine assists.

OKC’s guard Dort had a breakout game and is now the target of the NBA spotlight. He could even have fireworks if his team is able to capture the victory and face the Los Angeles Lakers in the next round. Dort finished the game with a career-high 30 points.

Yet, it appears that OKC had a great core going to the next season as head coach Billy Donovan found gem within his roster.

Game 1 between the LA Lakers and the Houston Rockets is scheduled on September 5, 2020 at 9:00 AM (PHI time).
