After missing 30 Laker games because of right calf and heel injuries, the 8-time All-Star, Anthony Davis finally returned to play for the reigning champions of the league. Davis scored 4 points on 2-10 shooting while playing for 17 minutes.
According to Frank Vogel, the head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers, when Davis returns to play, he will be limited to only 15 minutes, but Davis claimed that the limitation was up to 20 minutes.
“KCP” stood up again as the highest scorer, scoring 29 markers in 9-17 shooting while also dropping 6 three-pointers.
Schroder added 25 points and 13 assists for the team, finishing the game with a double-double. Their big man, Drummond, scored 14 points and grabbed 19 monstrous boards while shooting 5-10 from the field.
The Mavericks go up to 32-26 while the Lakers descend to 35-24.
