After playing for the Los Angeles Clippers last season, Rajon Rondo comes back to play for the Lakers to join them as they contend for the championship.
It was announced by Rob Pelinka, the Vice President of Basketball Operations and the General Manager of the Lakers that they have signed the veteran point guard.
In his times with the Clippers, he averaged 7.6 points, 3.1 rebounds and 5.8 assists.
Rondo has been in the league for 15 years and has played for eight teams, namely the Lakers, Celtics, Mavericks, Kings, Bulls, Pelicans, Hawks and the Clippers. He played 918 games in total and averaged 10 points, 4.6 rebounds, 8.1 assists, adn 1.6 steals while playing for 30.4 minutes.
Rondo will be a huge addition for the Lakers’ huge line up, and will definitely help the Purple and Gold win another championship this upcoming season.
