NLEX had a deflating loss in their last contest against the newest competitor, the Converge FiberXers. They trailed by as much as 16 points against Converge and despite pouring their utmost effort in the second half, the opposing team always has a counterattack as they ended up with the loss.
Kris Rosales was one of the main contributors of offense in their pursuit to reduce the winning margin of the FiberXers in the fourth quarter, splashing down three-pointers and jumpers on them. The speedy guard had 29 points and converted seven three-pointers against Converge.
