In this year’s PBA festivities, the league will revert its format into North vs South competition.
It means that the best basketball players of the northern part of the Philippines will clash the best basketball players from the southern part of the country.
LA Tenorio and Paul Lee will try to use their speed and long range skills to counter the height and might of the south led by June Mar Fajardo and Greg Slaughter.
This will mark as the third time that the most dominating centers of PBA will team-up together in a basketball court.
The last time the two played together is during the 2019 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers as members of the Gilas Pilipinas.
Calvin Abueva, Marcio Lassiter and Japeth Aguilar will complete the starting five of the north while James Yap, Scottie Thompson and Mark Barroca for the southern squad.
The 2019 PBA All-Stars is scheduled on March 31, 2019.
