Alaska vs Columbian Dyip | May 19, 2019 | PBA Livestream – 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup

The Alaska Aces is scheduled for a head-to-head game against the Columbian Dyip at 6:45 P.M. on May 19, 2019 live from the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

The Aces and the Dyip will be in the main-game of the 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup opening day.

Both squads will be parading first-timer imports in the PBA, of course in the hopes of making their second conference campaign successful.

The Columbian Dyip hired an ASEAN Basketball League veteran Kyle Barone. A 29-year-old agile big-man and has a 50 percent shooting from the field.

He averaged 21.1 pointer per outing and 13.0 rebounds in his stint with the Saigon Heat.

His presence inside the paint can help the guards of Columbian to have clear vision to the basket.

If not because of the injuries the Aces might have gone deeper in the playoffs of the just concluded 2019 PBA Philippine Cup.

Without Vic Manuel and several of their key players, Alaska still finished at number 8 but got knocked down by the Phoenix Pulse Fuel Masters in the quarterfinals round.

The Aces will also introduce a new face in the league as they tapped Chris Daniels.

Daniels has proved through his résumé that he is a winner. He won a championship in NBA D-League back in 2013 and won two championship trophies in the Korean Basketball League back in 2011 and 2012.
