The Alaska Aces is scheduled for a head-to-head game against the Meralco Bolts at 4:30 P.M. on October 4, 2019 live from the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City.

The Aces wanted to end their three-game losing skid while the Bolts also wanted to return to their winning ways when the 2019 PBA Governors’ Cup resumes this afternoon in MOA Arena.

Manpower issues continue to be one of the headaches for Alaska as their import Justin Watts strained his calf during practice when they prepared for their San Miguel game.

As a result, the Aces entered that match without a foreign reinforcement and they got slaughtered by the squad which is aiming for a grand slam this year.

Coach Jeffrey Cariaso and the rest of the Aces have no other choice but to replace Watts who averaged 31 points, 13 rebounds and 2.5 dimes in his short stint with the team.

As a remedy, Alaska brought their third import this conference and this time around it’s Franko House turn.

House is a former Ball State University standout who is the reigning 11th scoring leader of the said school.

His basketball skills will be right away put into a test when his ball-club collides with Allen Durham and the Meralco Bolts at 4:30 PM.

The Meralco’s hulking import currently doing his damage in the league as he displays his 26.5 points, 16.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per outing.
