The 2016 PBA Governor’s Cup Finals will be remembered as one of the best Finals in the history of the league.

The Meralco Bolts and Barangay Ginebra San Miguel are being captained by the best coaches the PBA have seen. Norman Black and Tim Cone are among the winnigest coach in the PBA and already led a team that won a Grand Slam.

Apart from the seasoned coaches and veteran players, there are two rookies who made big impacts in their respective ball-clubs. For the Bolts there is Chris Newsome while for the Barangay Ginebra there is Scottie Thompson. For sure, these two new faces will soon become rivals as they fuel their team back in the biggest stage of the PBA in 2016-17 campaign.
