My heartfelt gratitude to every person who has been part of my basketball journey!! Most especially to our Lord who makes all things possible 🙏 It’s now time to move on. My heart is full. #17 signing off…

Tiu hinted his retirement plan after RoS campaign in the 2018 PBA Governors’ Cup was ended.

Tiu was the seventh pick of the 2012 PBA Rookie draft and is one of the original casts of the Gilas Pilipinas. He returned to the international basketball scene after coach Yeng Guiao listed him as one of the PBA players to suit up in the 2019 Asian Games.

He won a championship with the Elasto Painters during their 2016 PBA Commissioner’s Cup campaign.
