The driver of the car who is involved in a hit-and-run incident along the Marcos Highway earlier this week has surrendered to the authorities.
The person was identified as Adrian Russel King Carlos according to the twitter post of Isa Avendaño-Umali, a radio correspondent for DZBB.
According to him he is not under the influence of drugs nor alcohol when the incident took place. Instead he was in a good condition
“Sir e clear lang din po natin ah kayo po ba’y lasing ah naka-droga po ba kayo nung time na mangyari yun o nasa maayos naman kayong condition sir?” a media person asked Mr. Carlos.
“Nasa maayos naman akong kundisyon,” Carlos answered back.
According to the 29-year-old, he decided to surrender because he wanted to give justice to the victims.
He also mentioned that he wanted to set things right and asked for forgiveness.

In the viral video, it was seen that the alleged car of Adrian Russel King Carlos bumped the side of the motorcycle where its riders immediately fell to the ground.
The driver of the motorcycle who was identified as Mark Joseph Belen sustained a foot injury while his live-in partner was in a comatose and on Friday at around 10 PM she passes away.
The suspect will undergo an inquest proceedings for many charges raised against him which includes reckless driving according to Pasig City Police Chief Rizalito Gapas.
In GMA News official website, they cited that Carlos has promised to pay the hospital fees and the funeral of Ugto .
