The 63-years-old musician-songwriter, serenaded the newly elected Philippines President, Rodrigo Roa Duterte during his inauguration ceremony at the Rizal Hall of Malacañan Palace.

The message of the song is about the current and the dark past situation of the Philippines that needs to have a real change in order to attain progress. It also urged the entire Filipino to unite in order to aid the leadership of the new President.
