The current head coach of the Gilas Pilipinas has revealed the 24-man pool for the upcoming 2017 FIBA Asia Cup.
Coach Chot Reyes published the list via twitter last Saturday and it appears that Gabe Norwood will be coming back along with Benjie Paras’ son.
All of the players who participated in the 2017 SEABA Championships are present in the list. That lineup were successful as they won the Gold medal along with the ticket going to this year’s basketball cup which will be held in Lebanon.
Two of the participants in the just concluded FIBA 3X3 which was held in France are also part of the list. Kiefer Ravena and Kobe Paras will be joining the elite group.
After his US stint on chasing NBA dream, RayRay Parks is back in Gilas pool.
Another familiar name who is also coming back is Rain or Shine’s Gabe Norwood who gave Gilas Pilipinas an unforgettable highlight when he dunked over Argentina’s Luis Scola.
