The Barangay Ginebra San Miguel is scheduled for a head-to-head game against the Phoneix Pulse Fuel Masters at 6:45 P.M. on September 28, 2019 live from the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

The Gin Kings wanted to continue where they left off and will try to make a winning streak while the Fuel Masters will try to avoid the 0-3 pit when the 2019 PBA Governors’ Cup resumes this evening at the Big Dome.

Coach Tim Cone is so serious to bring back the season-ending title back to Barangay Ginebra and as early as their first game he wanted his troops to be aggressive.

“Coach (Tim Cone) put on the board the word aggressiveness, and we came out and tried to be aggressive,” said Brownlee.

Coach Cone is fresh from being named as the new Gilas Pilipinas head coach and he will bring his Gin Kings core to the upcoming 2019 SEA Games.

For Phoenix side, on the other hand, their first two outings were tough as they clashed against the San Miguel Beermen and the rejuvenated NLEX Road Warriors.

Those two trips have resulted to defeats for them. However, there’s good news for the team as well as to their fans. Calvin Abueva’s return might be coming soon.

“That’s a very good development. Hopefully lang mapadali,” said Alas.

Abueva still serving his indefinite suspension slapped by the PBA to him after he clotheslined TNT import Terrence Jones during the 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup.

“Pero at least ngayon may natatanaw ka ng liwanag sa dulo ng tunnel. Noon talagang confused kami kung ano,” Alas also said.
