Ginebra vs TNT KaTropa Game 4 Semi-Finals | August 1, 2019 | PBA Live Streaming – 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup

The Barangay Ginebra San Miguel is scheduled for a head-to-head semi-finals round game against the Talk ‘N Text KaTropa at 7:00 P.M. on August 1, 2019 live from the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

The Gin Kings avoided getting swept in Game 3 and now they’re back for another survival match while the KaTropa will renew their semi-finals closeout when the 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup Playoffs resumes this evening at the Big Dome.

Now that Ginebra found a new life in their semi-finals campaign after winning Game 3, coach Tim Cone’s mantra is to take one game at a time.

“We’re still alive, still kicking and still looking forward. That’s the great news,” said coach Cone.

“The bad news, it was tough just to get one game. It was really tough. We gotta see if we could turn around and try to get two. The old clich?: One at a time. That’s what it really is. The reason it’s a clich? is because everyone says it. It’s always true. You play it one by one. “

The multi-awarded head coach will try to polish his strategy in their last outing and hopes for the same outcome at the end of the match.

“We don’t know if it’s gonna work twice so we gotta continue to think out of the box and continue to try to win. If we allow them to play just the way they want us to they’re gonna eat us up. We know that and they’ve proven that,” said Cone.

For coach Bong Ravena and TNT’s active consultant Mark Dickel, they’re concerned with their accuracy from the three-point area. The weapon they usually rely upon and helped them to be the top squad after the tournament’s elimination round.

“Naturally, anytime we go 5-for-34 from the three, and I was really happy with the majority of looks we got, we’re gonna be in trouble,” he said.

It’s the KaTropa’s time to go back to their drawing boards as they try to avoid the momentum shift and spoil their stellar run this conference.
