Step 1: Download the GlobeOne App

Step 2: Prepare the Required Documents
Before starting the registration process, make sure you have all the necessary documents ready. These include:
- Full name
- Birthday
- Sex
- Address
- Type of government ID presented and ID number
- Valid government ID with photo (file size only up to 4MB)
- Selfie photo (file size only up to 4MB)
Step 3: Register Your SIM
Once you have downloaded the GlobeOne app and prepared your documents, you can register your SIM in three easy steps:
- Open the GlobeOne app and tap “Register Your SIM”.
- Select the account you want to register or enter your number. Update your information.
- Wait for the confirmation that you’re registered!
After submitting your details, take note of your registration number as proof of successful registration.
Globe encourages all customers to register their SIMs before the deadline of April 26, 2023 to avoid the risk of SIM deactivation.
