Columbian Dyip shifty guard Jerramy King has shown his desire to join team Pilipinas for the upcoming 2019 SEA Games which will be held here in the Philippines.
King is currently on the injured list of the Dyip and as reported earlier he will be out for the next three months after he suffered that PCL problem.
He still have a good amount of time until he will be fully healed as the SEAG will starts on November 30, 2019.
Last season, King is one of the most improved players after leading his Columbian Dyip squad in scoring with 19.3 points per outing.
He is also part of the team and his only game this season where they stunned the defending champion, the San Miguel Beermen in their All-Filipino conference opener.
King was drafted by the NLEX Road Warriors as their 36th overall pick in the fourth round of the 2015 PBA draft.
However, he wasn’t donning the Road Warriors jersey as he was left unsigned. He was later picked up by the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters but the squad coached by Caloy Garcia already got a deep rotation in their back-court, again he was released.
Finally in the 43rd PBA season, Dyip’s former head coach Ricky Dandan and his staff might seen something from Jerramy and he landed with a deal.
He teammed up with Rashawn McCarthy to give Columbian Dyip a new image in the league which is their run-and-gun tempo.
