The daughter of Gabby Concepcion and the half-sister of Kapamilya actress KC Concepcion, Cloie Syquia Skrane won the Miss Earth Sweden 2016 crown in the Miss Universe Sweden pageant held last Sunday, August 28 at the Café Opera in Stockholm, Sweden.
“I’m MISS EARTH SWEDEN 2016! Thank you to those who have supported me and believed in me. I would not have been who I am today without you. Thank you @aumauricio for my hair and makeup and @gakuyabykimgan for my gorgeous gown,” the beauty queen said in an Instagram post on Monday.
The Swedish-American-Filipina model is scheduled to contend in the forthcoming Miss Earth international competition in October.
Sweden’s representative is also set to compete with Imelda Schweighart, the Miss Philippines Earth 2016 who was crowned last June.
Before the competition, Cloie went to the Philippines to practice for the renowned competition.
