LeBron James congratulates his friend and former teammate Romeo Travis after Magnolia defeated Columbian Dyip last Wednesday.
ESPN5 official twitter account posted an image of Travis along with his stats after he was named as Bida Player of the Game.
Moments later, that tweet didn’t pass from the eyes of the newly acquired superstar of the Los Angeles Lakers and he retweeted the post and added few comments.

The Magnolia Hotshots Pambansang Manok import dropped 32 points, 14 rebounds, seven assists, and two steals and most importantly another win for his squad. Magnolia is now tied with Barangay Ginebra in the top of the 2018 PBA Governors’ Cup standings having 5-1 slate each.
With five games remaining in its schedule, the Hotshots are poised to have a twice-to-beat advantage when quarterfinals arrive.
LeBron James and Romeo Travis were teammates at St. Vincent-St. Mary in Akron, Ohio. They formed that famous “Fab Five” together with Dru Joyce III, Sian Cotton, and Willie McGee.
They led their team to capture the 2003 national championship then later on that year LeBron went straight to the 2003 NBA Draft and the rest is now a history.
