Mrs. Marilyn Alap seeks help from the show hosts to take the remains of her husband’s remains from Ms. Geraldine Mondares.
Idol Raffy Tulfo asked the complainant why the body of her husband is currently with Ms. Mondares.
“Doon na po inabutan ang asawa ko,” Mrs. Alap replied.
According to the testimony of Mrs. Alap, she is separated (not legal) from Mr. Warlito Alap for twenty years.
“Ang gusto ng mga anak ko maiburol naman sya sa sarili niyang pamamahay,” explained by the complainant.
Then Mr. Tulfo spoke to Ms. Mondares and discreetly asked if she can accomodate the legal wife’s request.
“After 26 years ngayon nya lang kukunin?” asked Ms. Mondares. “Ngayon lang sila maghahabol?” she continued.
Since Mrs. Alap is the legal wife by law the remains of his deceased husband should be in her custody. There was also no written document to prove that when Mr. Warlito Alap requested that in case he pass away his remains should be with Ms. Mondares.
