This is the February 2, 2021 (Tuesday) edition of Wanted sa Radyo with the tagline Kakampi ng mga Inaapi is a public affairs program that airs every weekday (Mondays to Fridays) at 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (PHI time).
Below are the issues tackled in today’s episode:
- To start the program, Ms. Lyka Samson complained against her former partner, Dr. Riden Allan Cudiamat, who impregnated her out of wedlock. According to the complainant, the respondent told her previously to abort their unborn child, which the respondent also disowns. As the latest update on the complainant’s case, the two agreed on a settlement that the respondent would give financial support to their child. The doctor also sought a DNA test to assure that he is really the father of Lyka’s yet-to-be-born child. Sitting beside her daughter, soon-to-be-grandmother, Mrs. Melinda Samson, also talked during the program.
- For the second complaint, 15-year-old alias “Ana,” along with her grandmother, alias Lola “Linda,” complained against Sampaloc, Manila, Brgy. Chairman Anchit Dayao. As of writing, Ana, a minor, is 15 weeks pregnant with Anchit’s child. The two had a relationship, which is unlawful because of Ana’s current age.
- After the break, Mr. Raffy Tulfo seeks legal advice from Atty. Garreth Tungol regarding Anna’s case. According to Garreth, Anchit’s action is considered a qualified seduction. It’s qualified seduction because Anchit is a government official. According to the attorney, Anna, on top of rape charges, may also file child abuse charges against the respondent. Raffy further asked for legal advice from Garreth concerning the complainant’s case.
- For the third complaint, 15-year-old alias “Sacary,” along with his mother, alias “Letlet,” contacted the program to sought legal assistance on a fixed marriage involving the former. They are scheduled to get married this week, and Sacary doesn’t want to marry the 29-year-old respondent, Ms. Sarsiya Mamingkas. They are both Muslim, and the Sharia law covers them. Raffy phoned Mr. Alamudin Sagabao of Datu Tribo Maguindanao to consult on Sacary’s case.
