  • Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) Ms. Lovelie Manalo and Ms. Ayanie Manalo complained against RS Primer Beauty and Wellness Products Trading, owned by Ms. Jovie Capili Rusell, for the non-return of money they both invested to the said company. With the membership fee that they gave to RS Primer upon entry to the company as members, they are expected to receive products that they could resell afterward. However, the complainants affirmed that the products they have received from RS Primer were almost expired and can no longer be sold. Similarly, Ms. Farida Sinolinding, and Mr. Glenn Azarcon, along with almost a hundred complainants, were victimized by RS Primer. Later on, during the course of the complaint, it was revealed that the company lacks sufficient permits to continue with its operation.
  • Alias “DJ” complained against a certain Mr. Robert Bautista, a 47-year-old teacher, for taking advantage of him when he was still a minor (14 years old). DJ alleges that even though he would refuse in a few instances, Bautista would force him to have sex with him. DJ seeks for Bautista’s teacher’s license to be revoked.
  • Ms. Jessa Mirabueno, an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) in Oman, complained against Mr. Wilberto Atienza, her 10-year live-in partner, for the latter’s affair. Wilberto, who suddenly fell out of love because, according to him, Jessa is a nagger, married Mrs. Delica Atienza. Jessa seeks to return the P20,000 that she gave to Wilberto for the monthly expenses of their family. The complainant also wants Wilberto to vacate their house.
