This is the November 27, 2020 (Friday) edition of Wanted sa Radyo with the tagline Kakampi ng mga Inaapi is a public affairs program that airs every weekday (Mondays to Fridays) at 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (PHI time).

Below are the issues tackled in today’s episode:

  • Ms. Gretchen Eslawan, on behalf of the residents of a certain sitio in Brgy. Jagobiao, Mandaue City, Cebu sought the speedy repair of an open drainage that serves as the resident’s pathway whenever they go outside to do some errands. According to Eslawan, in one instance, a minor accidentally fell down the drainage that has a visibly destroyed cement railing, as shown in the resident’s live video feed. Chairman Michael Masinas of the earlier mentioned barangay and the municipal engineer’s office of Mandaue City took action immediately. The repair of the open drainage is already underway.
  • Mr. Jofferson Hermoso, a resident of Brgy. 20, District 1, Tondo, Manila, complained against Chairman Bryan Mondejar, P/Lt. Col. Evangeline Cayaban — Station Commander of Station 12, Manila Police District (MPD) — among others for removing the basketball ring/board in their street that eventually led to its destruction. However, Mondejar bared that as per random but similar reports, amid the strict implementation of quarantine protocols such as social distancing and wearing of face masks, the residents of the earlier mentioned barangay still push through with playing basketball. Hence the removal of the basketball ring/board. Mondejar further reasoned out that the commotion and noise of every game would affect the ongoing online classes.
  • Ms. Maria Taruc complained against her husband, Mr. Rosauro Taruc, for allegedly having an affair twice that resulted in Rosauro allegedly impregnating one of his “mistresses.” Maria also bared that Rosauro’s brother Mr. Claro Taruc filed a carnapping (tricycle) case against her. Aside from this, the complainant also reiterated that Claro, who received Rosauro’s money remittances and was tasked to give Maria and her children P3,000 monthly sustenance, is giving her a hard time whenever she would ask the monetary support from her husband.
  • For his part, as per the testimony of their oldest daughter, alias “Michelle,” Rosauro stressed how irresponsible of a mother Maria really is. Later on, Michelle, via phone patch, backed her father’s claims, adding that her mother has a concubine. This, however, was dismissed by Michelle’s sibling, which was currently staying with Maria. With the overflowing claims by both the complainant and the accused, along with the other involved person’s contradicting claims, there will be an in-depth probe on the case.
