The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said Monday that a lone bettor, who purchased the lotto ticket in Manila City, bagged the P265 million jackpot prize on Sunday night’s draw of the Super Lotto 6/49.
Congratulating the new millionaire, PCSO General Manager Royina Garma said the lucky bettor would bring home P265,353,489.60 jackpot price after guessing the winning combination 06-12-18-20-32-41.
Furthermore, Garma urged the public to keep on patronizing the products of PCSO as a large chunk of its revenue goes to charity programs like the Medical Access Program, which is designed to augment the medical needs of Filipinos nationwide, particularly hospital confinement, chemotherapy, dialysis, and post-transplant medicines.
Aside from this, the PCSO serves as the principal government agency for raising and providing funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities of national character. Majority og which were funded by revenues from PCSO games nationwide.
For the winner to claim the cheque, the bettor must go to PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City and present two IDs. Also, he/she should bring the winning ticket.
Not only did the lone winner of the Super Lotto 6/49 won after the PCSO draw happened, as some 53 bettors who guessed five correct numbers also won second prize and will receive P50,000 apiece.
The 6/49 Super Lotto is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
