The Magnolia Hotshots Pambansang Manok is scheduled for a head-to-head game against the Blackwater Elite at 7:00 P.M. on October 16, 2019 live from the Ynares Center-Antipolo in the City of Antipolo.

The Hotshots will try to make a quick bounce back while the Elite wanted to improve their current win-loss record at 1-3 when the 2019 PBA Governors’ Cup resumes this evening in Antipolo.

With not so impressive comeback in the PBA in this year’s Governors’ Cup, Aaron Fuller might only see one game as he got replaced once again by Marqus Blakely.

The Ever Billena basketball squad has decided to re-activate Blakely most likely because of their dismal performance against the Columbian Dyip.

Blakely played with the Elite since their campaign in the Terrific 12 in Macao followed up with three games here in the PBA. He finally showcased his all-around skills in their win against the NorthPort Batang Pier where he notched 13 points, 14 boards eight swats and seven dimes.

For team Magnolia, on the other hand, their import Romeo Travis will be a game-time decision this evening.

Travis rolled his ankle during their match versus the San Miguel Beermen.

Coach Chito Victolero hopes that his trustworthy import will be able to recover through medicines and therapy.

“We’ll decide on Travis before the game. Baka naman makuha sa therapy at gamot. But with or without him, we’ll come out and play hard to win this game. It’s an important game. Kailangan namin manalo to stay among those in the middle of the pack,” said Victolero.
