Business tycoon Manny V. Pangilinan posted a rare sports-related post on his social media account that might need deciphering with regards to the decision of Bobby Ray Parks Jr. to skip the upcoming 46th PBA season.
According to MVP who owns TNT Tropang Giga, NLEX Road Warriors, and Meralco Bolts he doesn’t see a mother being cared for, as he shared a photo of Parks where he also mentioned that was taken last February 25 at around 9 PM in La Union.

Pangilinan also added that San Juan, La Union is nowhere near California. The MVP post was later retweeted by TNT Tropang Giga Twitter account.
According to reports, the playing contract of Parks with the Tropang Giga has already expired. Parks is one of the instrumental players during the Talk ‘N Text stellar run during the 45th PBA lone conference set in Pampanga last year. They managed to reach the Finals but in those games, Parks got sidelined due to injury and eventually bowed down to the eventual champion, the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel.
With Parks playing status is in limbo, returning head coach Chot Reyes hopes that the situation will later be resolved and he is looking forward that with or without the services of the ABL Most Valuable Player, the remaining troops inside the TNT squad will give their A-game as the start of the new PBA season is just around the corner.
