The Meralco Bolts is scheduled for a head-to-head game against the NLEX Road Warriors at 7:00 P.M. on June 19, 2019 live from the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
The Road Warriors still searching for their first win this conference and they’re hoping that tonight will be the night for them.
The Bolts on the hand are looking to make a bounce back game after they have dealt another defeat when the 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup will continue in Pasay City.
Meralco tried a new import in Jimmie Taylor the last time they played against the raging TNT KaTropa.
Immediately after their game Bolts head coach Norman Black wanted Gani Lawal back in their squad.
Taylor got out-powered by the opponent’s import as he only held to 13 points but still impressive in cleaning the boards with his 18 rebounds.
Yesterday, it was published in the PBA’s transaction page that Lawal got reactivated in lieu of Jimmie Lee Taylor.
For NLEX on the other hand is now in a must-win situation to salvage their second conference campaign and get qualified for the playoffs.
They’re the only squad which is still win-less with 0-6 slate.
