Video game fans of all ages worldwide are hotly anticipating various video games that are due to be launched in 2021. With this, here is a look at Bloober Team’s The Medium, one of the most eagerly awaited video games set to debut on various video game platforms next year.
Developed by Bloober Team, The Medium, an upcoming psychological horror video game, is scheduled to be released for Microsoft Windows and Xbox Series X/S on January 28, 2021.
Blooper Team modeled the supernatural setting after Zdzislaw Beksinski’s dystopian surrealist artwork.
Lead designer Wojciech Piejko said The Medium imparts the message that “there is no universal truth.”
The Medium was originally announced for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U in 2012, but for want of better technology, it reappeared in May 2020 as a Microsoft Windows and Xbox Series X/S title.
Originally scheduled for December 10, 2020, the release was eventually delayed to January 28, 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
