The Bacoor City Strikers is scheduled for a head-to-head game against the Quezon City Capitals at 6:30 P.M. on September 16, 2019 live from the Bulacan Capitol Gym, Bulacan.
The Strikers wanted to stretch their winning ways to four straight while the Capitals will try to make a new winning streak when the 2019 MPBL Lakan Cup resumes this evening at the Bulacan Capitol Gym.
The Bacoor squad is coming from a victory against the Bicol Volcanoes last September 11 at the STRIKE Gymnasium.
The Strikers able to make the needed separation in the fourth quarter where they blasted a 7-0 blast and was enough to handle a comeback attempt from their opponent.
Michael Cañete led the Strikers with his double-double output with 16 points and 10 rebounds while Mark Montuano and Mark Joseph Pangilinan added 12 points each.
For team QC on the other hand, they’re coming from a win versus Caloocan Supremos last September 11 at the STRIKE Gymnasium.
The bench support of the Capitals played better against the supporting casts of Caloocan, 45-25. Likewise, they played better inside the post where they won the battle inside the paint, 40-34.
Dahrrel Caranguian led Quezon City in scoring with 22 points along with his three rebounds and three assists.
