The NLEX Road Warriors have drafted three players to compete for the upcoming season. NLEX drafted Tyrus Hill but was then traded to the Converge FiberXers in exchange for their first-round pick in the 2023 PBA Draft. They have also selected Chester Saldua in the second round and Levi dela Cruz in the third round of the draft.

Both dela Cruz and Saldua must prove themselves in order for them to play for the already stacked lineup of the Road Warriors.
Dela Cruz can fill the shoes of Matt Nieto, who is still attending his season-ending calf strain injury while Saldua must gain the trust of the strict coach Yeng Guiao in order for him to at least be on the second unit of the Road Warriors.
Tzaddy Rangel, AC Soberano, and Bong Galanza were assigned to play for the 3×3 tournament. Quiñahan, Fonacier, Trollano, Alas, and others are going to play for the approaching season.
