Here are the live scores, updates, and results of the 2021 PBA Governors’ Cup Quarterfinals between the NLEX Road Warriors and the Alaska Aces scheduled on March 16, 2022, at 3:00 PM.

The 2021 PBA Governors’ Cup has come to an end and it is now time for the playoffs. To kick start the post-season, the NLEX Road Warriors and the Alaska Aces will go head-to-head to open up the quarterfinals.

The Road Warriors have the upper hand in the series with a twice-to-beat advantage against the Aces.

The NLEX Road Warriors finished the conference with eight wins and three losses. Not only that, but they are also having a four-game winning streak. As for the Alaska Aces, they ended the conference with six wins and five losses.

KJ McDaniels, NLEX’s import, had an outstanding conference for the Road Warriors. The import leads the league in scoring with all of the contests played, tallying 30.3 points. On the defensive end, McDaniels averages 1.5 steals and 2.8 blocks per game.

Kevin Alas and Justin Chua are the supporting scorers for the team. Alas averages 16.3 per game while Chua, their big man, averages 15 a matchup.

As for the Alaska Aces, they got to have to make every second count in their remaining moments with the PBA. Their last playoff run where they won the Governors’ Cup trophy was in 1997 against Purefoods. Alaska’s last appearance in the finals was in the 2017-18 season where they lost to the Magnolia Hotshots 4-2.
